I Want To Be Free
2007 May 1 1957 (Wed)
Take NA   2:12 "No Prints"

The original title of this movie was called The Hard Way.

As the session log (below) clearly shows, the running title of this movie at this time was Treat Me Nice instead of Jailhouse Rock. The title of the movie was changed to Jailhouse Rock by May 8 1957.

Session abandoned. Elvis walked out shortly after lunch when the Jeffrey Alexander attempts to cut off a gospel jam with The Jordanaires. (A Life in Music, Day By Day.)

MGM's session log says "no prints", but a time note of 2:12 indicates at least one complete take.
